Returns & Exchanges

At APEX LIGHT, we want your space to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware and manuals included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
